Below are a few of our lesson horses.
Max is a 14 year old Quarter Horse. He may be the kindest of them all and has years of training but not everyone can ride Max. He needs a confident but gentle rider. Max does not make a good trail horse. He prefers to stay close to home.
Kachina (Katz) is a 20 year old Paint horse. She is kind and gentle for any rider, but will teach you to pay attention. Get too relaxed and she'll take advantage. Kachina is a great trail horse and loves to get out and about.
Oscar is the crown prince of Rancho El Camino and is everyones favorite. He has taught hundreds of adults to ride and loves his job but he would like a break from doing lessons for a couple of days per week.
Charro is a retired Texas ranch horse. His favorite thing is to do ranch patrol. Charro needs a gentle rider who just wants to walk and trot as he comes up a little sore if cantered too much.
